Whose Responsibility Is It?

Some families could prepare meals at home every day, while others had limited time. Several students said that online advertising made unhealthy products look attractive. These observations did not remove personal responsibility. Instead, they showed why advice should consider people's real circumstances.

In their final report, the students suggested practical actions at different levels. Individuals could plan their time and check health information carefully. Schools could provide drinking water and encourage active breaks. Communities could improve safe walking routes, and local authorities could support accessible facilities. The group concluded that better health is not a competition between personal choice and social support. Progress is more likely when people and institutions share responsibility.
