The student council noticed that many classmates looked tired during the weeks before examinations. Rather than guessing the reasons, it prepared an anonymous questionnaire about sleep, homework, social media and access to support. The council explained that the questions were voluntary and that no student's name would appear in the results. Teachers helped check that the wording was respectful and easy to understand.

The answers showed different experiences. Some students worried about grades, while others felt pressure to compare themselves with people online. A number of pupils reported that they did not know whom to ask for help. The council did not treat the survey as a medical diagnosis or assume that one cause explained every feeling. It simply used the responses to start a careful conversation.

The school organised a workshop on managing study time, taking realistic breaks and asking trusted adults for support. It also made information about available counselling easier to find. Students learned that feeling stressed sometimes is common, but persistent distress deserves attention and support. Above all, they discovered that listening without judgement can make a school community safer and more welcoming.
